Me wife purchased skin cream set which appears to cost $43.95 with free shipping. After putting in credit card info, the next page offers a 40% discount if you pay $9.95 for membership (fine print shows recurring monthly). She un-checked this box to not receive it. After this no total or summary of purchase, just a congratulations message and email. The email did not have a receipt, summary of purchases or even way to check the order. After it shipped we received an order number and shipping number. You can't actually track the order, or even enter the order number on their website. Checked my Credit card and I have been charged 202.12 plus $9.95. Called CC and am requesting chargeback, and have cancelled CC number. Checking out the bellavei site they say orders ship from USA but returns must be sent to UK address (FB add gives Singapore address). There site has email address for biotrim which searching on here also has list of complaints for the same scam.
