Having experienced problem w/Windows 10 I called MS tech assist and was put on a long hold; no sooner hung up when call came from someone I assumed was MS Support. Gave access to my computer, foolishly. Also foolishly agreed to $299.00 charge for on-call problem solving. I paid or my foolishness but don't intend to resubscribe. I have received innumerable calls to which I have stated my intention not to renew. These calls are harshly badgering in nature and I receive 6 or 8 per day over the last two to three weeks.
