They called me. Said the represented Microsoft as certified technical specialist. Said my computer data had been compromised. Talked in to a security plan for $398.00. In the next three months they called weekly indicating that there was an attempt by 3rd party to get data from my computer and that they could fix it for another fee of $299.00. I now know this is a scam and they do represent Microsoft or Apple and by use of a meaningless ID number create a false entry to the computer.
