The company promises a 14 day trial. Every 14 day trial I have ever encountered means 14 days of using the product.
NuBiotix has a sentence buried in their terms and conditions that their 14 day trial begins on the order date, not the delivery date. Actually you only get a 10 day trial. They know most people don't read these documents entirely and this is a deceptive and misleading. How can a 14 day trial begin before you get the product to try?
They did agree to a refund after I threatened to file a complaint, but I really had to fight for the refund.
