in 2 years of being on the rta books we have had no phone calls from them informing us of anything? we have not had a single viewing.the agent seemed only interested in getting me to sign the contract.she over valued it but I assumed she could sell it. but they contacted me after 2 years to say someone wanted to view.by this time I had give up all hope with rta.and told them I had heard nothing in2 years and changed my mind. they sent me a bill for 7200 pounds.
