Booked a room 3 weeks ago and cancelled it days later. Didn't worry or think about the place until I noticed a $90 charge on my debit card just a day ago for a room I cancelled. Called the Inn, and the issue remained unresolved. I was told to reread their policy and the manager will get back to me. I don't make a lot of money and to see my account at the lowest and see a charge there I never insisted on making, is hard. I hope that in the future, the inn can make the policy either less of a scam to spare other naïve guests, or just be shut down. I'm really upset about this and I wish there was something I could do. Thank you.
