I signed up for a free 2-week, no obligation trial of their sleep aid Somnapure. I got it in 2 days. But within 10 days of getting the sample, I got a full bottle. The product was okay but not any better than other all-natural sleep aids. I tried for 2 days to call them, but sat on hold for 15-20 minutes. When I FINALLY talked to a sales person, the obnoxious, high-pressure JERK kept trying to push me to to continue receiving automatic shipments, even after I had become so angry I screamed "WHAT PART OF NO DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!?!?" I'm STILL not sure if I have been opted out or not, so I am going to have to call my credit card company to refuse payment of any future charges. I AM LIVID!!!!!
