We were informed of an inheritance from a long dead (but unrelated) cousin that we would inherit $26,700,000. We needed to pay $1,850 for diplomatic transfer. Our research could not substantiate any names and/or telephone numbers of the bank. Further research showed a few other people similarly scammed. Names and telephone numbers all different. Only the name "Desmond" the same.
