They advertised a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia and a bottle of green coffee capsules for a trial offer of $5. somthing a bottle, supposedly shipping and handling fees. The pills arrived, but to my surprise I found that my credit card had been charged $286. for pills that I didn't order and did not receive. When I called the number given to me by my bank, I was told that my account had been cancelled as I had requested. However, no refund was made so I called and complained. I was told that since I had not cancelled within 14 days...the fine print was so fine I didn't even see it....that I was required to pay for an order I didn't want and didn't receive. Then I received an e-mail telling me they would refund $32. for the Garcinia and $32 for the green coffee pills. I presume this was shipping and handling costs and since nothing was shipped or handled I figured it was the least they could do. They were still keeping over $250. for nothing. When I called the toll free number to complain I was told I would have to deal with these people through e-mail. Well, I have sent countless e-mails to these scammers and they are not replying.
