They do not make it clear that you must cancel within 14 days when you order the sample. I imagine it must be on the shipping label however, although I have a Masters Degree and not stupid, how often would the average individual read a shipping label? I was then charged $89.95 exactly 14 days later for very small product. I contacted a representative, Kevin, by phone and he stated that since I had not used the product I can return for a full refund. I am sending it back and will post should the refund not be made or made in a timely manner.
