I ordered a wig from Wigsway. When it arrived, it was so small it popped off my head when I tried to put it on. It is the wrong style and it smells horrible - like chemicals. I contacted them by email (they don't provide a phone number) that same day. I have exchanged a number of emails with them now over a week's time. They won't send an address so I can return the wig. They refuse to honor the guarantee posted on their website. They offered me a $15 or $20 refund on a wig that I paid more than $100 for. It took a couple of weeks for the wig to arrive, but they charged my credit card immediately, so I don't have recourse there to dispute the charge. They have taken my money and given me trash.
