My computer was blocked with an 800 number as the only option to unlock. After they took control of my computer they said their were many viruses including Clampi. The only way my computer would become unlocked was paying them $292 for a "year" of service. When I told them I would call my bank and only authorize one charge the accounting person became VERY rude and pushy. I have called my bank to dispute the change.
