Do not buy an extended Warranty through them. First they jdenied me getting my refrigerator replaced with a new one under the no lemon Guarantee. See the wording. They say under their contract it states the same thing has to be fixed 4 times. It does not state that.It says if a fourth repair is required in a 12 month period, a product covered product will be replaced of like kind and quality. It took them 5 phone calls and since August 16 to give me that answer. My fridge has been completely broke since then. The compressor has broke 2 times this year. The ice maker 2 times and the freezer entirely. Every time it takes atleast 2 weeks to get someone out here because no one in the area services them. Then they offered to replace it with the same exact model fridge which would release them from their warranty with me. Then when it breaks. I would be responsible. So of I denied acceptance of that. They have offered that to me twice. In the mean time I have had no refrigerator for a month now.
