I have had several calls over two to three years, claiming my computer was infected with viruses and alert messages. They charged me $277 for a lifetime service contract last year, the date is not recalled. The claim today was the same as the one last year. I put them off while I read the complaints about them. They are very talented and know how to plant viruses on my computer and remove them to prove their talents. They will be calling back later today. I intend to brand them as Fraudulent and Scammers and hang up on them. They are very pushy and refused to believe that my personal Tech would know how to fix or detect the errors that exist. I don't know whether they can access and plant bugs on my computer if I tell them off. Has there been any experience of that?

They have always given comfort to us that seek security, by requesting permission to access our computer. They tell us to enter the proper code to allow them to take remote control of our keyboard.!!
