After paying $4,000. for 2 years; the decision was made that this was silly. Upon calling to cancel it was not noticed that United still took out $166.00 a month. It was not identified as Omaha of Nebraska. This is a scam
because one can keep on paying and never even let Omaha that there was a death. "60 Minutes" even had an awareness revealed several months ago. I paid the $10,000.00 plus $ 3,000.00 and subtracted $4,000 for the two years making an overpayment of $9,000.00.
A letter was sent to BBB with no help. A letter has also been sent to Department of Insurance in CA. Omaha is taking advantage of unobservant clients that they do not wish to inform that they could cancel.
