This guy is sending out fraudulent emails to try to get you to book his apartment via airbnb.

Below is the e-mail that he is sending:

As requested, you can find all the property features listed bellow:

kitchen fully equipped, DVD player, plasma TV, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and much more. This two bedrooms property comes with stainless steel equipment, gourmet gas cook top and two modern bathrooms. Walking distance to transportation, shops and restaurants.

Location: Mac Uilliam Lawn, Dublin .

The rental price is EUR 1,130 on a monthly basis which includes all the bills and the maintenance of the property.

My work has sent me to Scotland for unlimited time, that's why I'm looking for someone responsabile to rent it. Before I've left the country I have listed the property on airbnb.com so I can manage the viewings and rental process through them. You can search further details on their website:
