I have ordered Vans Chauffette shoes from a site called http://www.wightwreck.co.uk/ Since it was on a UK domain and had reasonable return policy written down, I assumed everything would be ok. Three weeks later I received a pair of chequered Vans Anniversary slip-ons from someone in Shanghai, without a box, only wrapped in paper. I still cannot tell if those are original or not but they are most certainly not even close to the shoes I ordered. I contacted the seller via email and he/she confirmed it was a warehouse mistake. I was offered first a discount for the next purchase, then, after some pushing, a refund of 20% of the item price (while the delivery itself cost me extra $20). After I sent the screenshot of the site's return policy with a promise of 100% refund in case of seller's mistake, there was no more answers.
