On 27th August I sent off for a free sample of Skin Glow cream. I was billed $1.31 for Glowing Face and $2.49 for Beauty Face Cream. I hadn't heard of either of these 2 companies. I thought that was the end of that. There was no information in the packaging of a name or return address or any additional information. On 10th September I was billed $183.18 by Shine Right Skin. I found this out when my credit card account came on 10th October. I immediately contacted my credit card company and they found information on Shine Right Skin and gave me a contact telephone number to call - 1-877-400-3690 and they also found out the terms and conditions which said that if returned unopened they would refund 100%. I called the number (which was a very fuzzy line) and was told they did not refund anything. I told them I wanted to cancel the account and I was given a cancellation number. If the package did not arrive within 31 days from the billing they still would not refund anything. When the package arrived I did not open it. There was no senders name or any information on the outside, but there was a tracking number. I tracked it and found it was sent from Missisauga, Ontario. It is a total scam!
