On the 9/28/2016, I contacted thee above company through their Yellow Pages ad requesting an inspection of my inoperable overhead garage door opener. A woman answered the phone to take the necessary information. A serviceman .inspected the system to quickly inform me that the sensors of the drive system were not accepting signals. A bill was presented to me on a computer table an which I signed. I did not understand the bill correctly I see in review. A big part of the issue lay in the manner it was presented. It is difficult, as a senior, to interpret it since numbers appear in the paragraphs, no cleaning agents, shop supplies, ever appeared. The man was moving very smoothly.

All I had asked for was a fault determination and projected cost.. Research has led me to buy a motor elsewhere.. $25., not $125. Further contact with their Calgary office (1-403-770-5625) revealed that no refund is available. I object.
