I purchased a photo editing software program, I was unable to load the software (The Key that they sent me would not fit into the box they gave me to insert it.) and was directed to contact tech support. Tech support then needed to access my pc/screen. I was then given a twenty minute speech about how inadequate my virus protection was and told I needed to spend $199 for pc tech support because my virus laden machine could not run their software like it was. When I flipped out on the tech he gave me over to a (manager) to whom I flipped out on even worse. I was then told I would be granted a one time access for only $79 and gave me back to the tech. He was then given a new vocabulary courtesy of me. He the had no issue getting the proper page where the key would fit. All tolled I spent over an hour on the phone with them, that was totally unnecessary just so they could try and scam more money from unsuspecting computer users. Thank you-Joe
