I have a rant, and I will tell you that my sister went with State Farm and few months ago and told them that she wanted full coverage. In Ohio when you ask for full coverage that includes collision. This Nicole that she talk with when she set up her policy did not include collision on her policy. I was told by 6 different car insurance companies that collision is automatically included. My sister and I went to talk with Nicole and this other lady Patricia that runs State Farm at 13001 Roachton Road in Perrysburys Ohio, and they both are putting the blame on my sister. If this is a State Law in Ohio, I don't think it is my sisters fault that they did not include collision after she had ask for full coverage. They have probably done this to other people that they have insured. My sister and I need a way to go after these two for what they did to her. She was in an accident and now they will not pay to have her car fixed, because they say that she did not have collision. If it is a State Law, who's fault do you think this is. I am just tired of people like them ripping us elderly off. I want to warn everyone if you have coverage with them, if I were you I would find a new company. Done with my rant for now.
