I have had maintenance agreements from energy plus since 2011. On all my equipment.my hot water heater broke and they could not send any one till two days.So I called. Another contracter to repair,out of pocket was 150 dollars.So all the money I paid you for the maintanance agreements. Was a waste of money,so l cancelled all my agreements with you.Your service sucks for what you charge.I would like you to,pay for my repair.
