Bought a Bears hoodie for my husband's birthday. Allegedly it was first shipped to the wrong address, so they gave me the option of a full refund or refunding of my shipping costs and a redelivery of the product. I opted for the FULL refund... however an email was sent stating they gave me a refund of my shipping costs and sent me a new order. I asked why my request was not honored, they said it was an "oversight". Then when i said that was unacceptable they stopped responding. They have a new email address on their website now, so today i contacted that one. I am writing a dispute letter with my cc company to hopefully reverse the charge of the remaining balance.
