A message came on my computer from "Microsoft": advising me that Microsoft as blocked my computer and to call them immediately...I fell for it...ONLY because I really thought it was Microsoft...I spoke to one of their scam artists who told me that her grandmother lost a lot of money because she did update her computer...the story went on and on...well after allowing access to my computer and paying $200.00 she installed some programs...I have since had my computer worked on and had those programs removed...now I am fighting with them to get my money back...they are a bunch of liars, thieves and scam artists...DON'T FALL FOR THIS...I found out after that in order to gain back control of my computer all I had to do was press control, alt, delete to get to the task manager.... it works because I got another pop up from my local telephone company with the same damn message... so frustrating :(
