Recieved an unsolicited call to ask for a subscription renewal for a Google account which would ensure visibility on page 1 of a google search for my business. Insisted that I had this product before and that if I did not renew then my business would disappear from Google. I was told the cost was £199 but £240 was taken from my account. He told me I would receive an email by return and a hard copy in the post. I have tried to use their 'contact us' page but it does not work. I have emailed several times but with no reply
