I ordered a NFL team hoody...... I was sent a confirmation email with a tracking number..... the tracking number turned out to be invalid...... I sent emails requesting updates and only received one in response stating what I ordered should be shipped in a couple days..... another month went by without any word, so I disputed the charge with my bank..... Never received the item...... now if you go to their website it has changed and the name has as well.....
