I was trying to get information on a property to find out the owner. But my understanding was that there would be $1.25 charge for this. When I checked my card account they charges me a separate bill of $19.95. I was under the impression that the only way I would get charged an amount like that was if I got the person I was looking for, I would get a phone #. But they wanted to give me personal records for $19.95. I did not want that so I exited out of the site. So I don't think I should have been charged that amount.
