I came to this hotel to rent a space for a birthday party for Dec. 10th, 2016. I had to put a down payment of $50. So I did and today this morning at 9:44 am I got a call from the event coordinated Nicole that the business is going out of business and today is everyone last day. She then told me that she later today will call me for a debit card information to refund me the $50.00. I waited three hours and no call. So I called and they told me Nicole left and she no longer works there now. Then I talked to this lady about my situation and that I need my money back now before I end up not getting my money back at all. She told all she could do is get my name and phone number and the owner will contact me in a week. Then my boyfriend went over the company to demand our cash back and they told him the same thing that all they can do is take his name and phone number and he can't speak to the owner. I then called again asking if I can get the owner name and phone number just so I can make sure I get my money back. Now at 2:50 pm closed their phone line and I can't get a hold of them. I just want my money back.
