My elderly Uncle was phoned by this company & convinced he needed a product called BIFIDON. 2 bottles of 30 capsules were sent costing him around £38, straight from his bank account. I managed to ring the 0800 number & after 2 attempts spoke to a lady who explained a refund would only be given after the goods had been received at the address in Maine & they couldn't give me an email address so that l could check this. If l send the product back he has to pay the postage & there is no guarantee he will receive a refund. After reading the other complaints l am worried they will take more money from his account.
