A free trial appeared on Facebook page, under a Costco banner for a skin cream, but a credit card was requested for the postage charges. The product was ordered on Nov.03, 2016 and delivered on Nov.14. On Nov.17 a charge of USD$139.98 for Allskin was charged on my credit card and USD$146.97 was charged for SkinGlow. Since I believed that I had not authorized these charges, I phoned the company and was told that on their website there is a 14 day trial period shown and that the account had to be cancelled within that period to prevent further charges. I offered to return the unopened packages but was told that there was no provision for this and that the charges would stand. My only option was to cancel the TWO accounts to prevent further charges, or accept another month's trial and get a 50% discount. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM and I am embarrassed to have to write this.
