Visited the website 'lukoil.us', thought I have found the sold out Jordan's track suits I've been looking forever for, checked out the website, check the shipping and facts at the bottom of the page, seemed like a legit website, added products in to the website cart, checkout, paid and everything, got a confirmation of payment and HOLY SHIT, if I knew that it was a company from CHINA I would have not bought it. At first I was like okay, no big deal, checked my bank statement, since I am Canadian, foreign exchange rate is a no brainer, BUT! U.S. $301.56 to CA $453.13. I immediately regretted my purchase, so I emailed the customer service to cancel my order that very day. They did not get back to me till 2-3 days after. I emailed them, Cancel my order and DO NOT PROCESS THE SHIPPMENT. They did not get back to me at all after that. I tried calling the number they provided, no one picks up, sent multiple emails, no reply. I even emailed them that I would report them if I get no replay from them. Still no reply. Today is November 19th, I got the package at the post office and it was from that company. I read the package, it said to have 5x products inside, which is the same amount of what I had ordered initially, I opened up the package, only 3 items where inside. BUT I was not as mad, BECAUSE I Was in TOO much of a shock due to to the bad quality, badly imitated, it was just bad. This is the first time getting scammed. I now am looking for a way to get back my money, reporting this website as a scammed website, and gonna send this shit of products to where they came from.
