I paid a substantial fee for tech support, I called, left numerous messages, no one answers the fone, no one calls back, I emailed company only to get an email with a case number, tried again and no one calls. I need help with my laptop....they once used to communicate, now no one calls. there is a message when I call asking to hold, however no one comes on.
