I ordered some face cream for $39.95 with $ back guarentee, however there are two charges that have been taken out of my checking account, one for $99.15 and another for $86.15. These charges are bogus. I cannot afford this. The package did not even come with return address label, nor is their any other 'company' information. I need to return this asap, and be refunded as this causes a huge hardship for me. Please advise asap. Barbara
