After purchasing their software I was astounded that they required m to purchase an additional license when I ordered another product by mistake and paid for it as well.
Well, as if that wasn't enough, when my pc crashed and the desktop was replaced with a new one with an azure cloud domain registration, the software stopped working and requiring yet ANOTHER license. The support from their site kept asking me to reinstall the software over and over again. And then they curtly notified me that the pc name cannot be changed once their software has been installed on it!!
So there you go - your pc will be held hostage for its name/id by this software unless.... yes.... you buy yet another license around $250
