I rented a truck to drive to Virginia. I was sent to a guy at a convenience store who had no idea how to use the computer and the system. He authorized my card for over 3000.00, handed me keys and paperwork walked me to the truck.

I got the truck loaded, and we headed north on 95, only to get text messages and calls from uhaul stating i stole the truck, they were going to have me arrested etc. We had to turn around and drive back down 95, mileage gas and time wasted.

I got to the store and a rude guy stating he was from uhaul would not give me his name, stated I was a theft. Tried to explain to him, but he would not listen , be used bad language, told me he didnt care if I was a long time customer etc. I asked for the corporate number he told me rudely to call the 800 number. After a week of filing complaints, this guy finally calls me back, and low and behold its the same rude guy that i spoke to at the store. He again was rude and ignorant.

He knew I was going to complain, he knew the complaint was coming to him so he didnt care how he treated us.

I want to be compensated for the wasted time gas and mileage. They owe me an apology and refund .
