Found pair of Ariat Bryn boots for Beatind (sturdy, gortex etc) checked to ensure company in U.K. which they said they were. Paid for said boots - 4 weeks later the cheapest pair of plastic fashion boots paper thin and unfit for purpose arrived from China. As they were not what I ordered I sent them back to the return address.
Company have since told me to keep the boots and enjoy a discount next time I order from them - I have no boots and they have my £86.72 British pounds plus £10 postage both ways. They act like they can't understand English and say same thing in every email
