This is advertised as a free trial but you do not realize the other charges for additional shipments are attached until after you click on the free selection block. if you don't return the additional product fast you get charged 99.99 for the rest of it. I called to cancel immediately and the person that answered used pressure sale tactics to make me want to buy the rest. When I said NO, he offered the product at a discount price, I said NO, and he was determined to sell this stuff to me. They sent the product even after I cancelled and the plastic retainers where not even in the box. I had to pay to send back the product and do not know if charges will appear on my account. They said it would not. This company sucks and their customer service people are terrible. What a Scam......Huge Scam........don't order from this company. If you offer a free trial don't attach strings to it. If the product works people will order it. What a scam. I had to take off from work to return this stuff at the post office and lost a cash from a side job I was doing.
