International boundaries
Bough a report in December 2015. Nothing special, but I paid the bill (€89). They never mentioned I was buying a monthly subscription. I received ONE SINGLE email in December 2015 and then no other email (NOT EVEN TO SEND ME THE MONTHLY RECEIPT FOR THE AMOUNTS DEBITED).
They scam people with unclear terms of use for their monthly cycle and keep charging until you discover the fraude.
I ordered Amex to cease payments and open a proceeding against them. By now, haven't received any decent refund proposal.
Be careful! I wouldn't have never approached such website if I read a similar review before!!

Reportlinker have been ripping people off for years. I got swindled 1800 dollars for the same reason.
Look up other similar complaints. Especially the one below.
