Ordered free trial of serum and wrinkly cream a few weeks ago. Disappointed in product so want to return. However, only a few weeks since receiving the product I have had 2 amounts taken from my bank account for these supposedly free products less than the actual free trial period. I want to return these and get my money back but don't know how.
