My computer froze with a flashing number to call immediately or my computer would be infected and my firewall protection was down. I called and they said if something wasn't done immediately I would lose everything - viruses, spyware etc, would infect my computer. Foolishly I agreed to them "cleaning" and "protecting" my computer. I lost $531. US which after numerous calls they agreed to refund. So far no refund and that was over 3 weeks ago.
