International boundaries
Ordered 6 bottles of a product on Nov 6th.
Received no confirmation after one week so called them
Then received confirmation that the product was dispatched on Nov 7th My Credit Card was already charged.
On Nov 22 I asked again for confirmation of a delivery date. I was informed it was in transit and given a tracking number.
After some confusion the tracking information showed the 'package had been through a number of US cities and to London and back to the USA again.
Dec 15 I asked again for clarification and received an apology and request to wait one more week.
Dec 22 wrote a further email requesting my money back but got no response
Wrote again January 4th but no response.
Have phoned 2 times and on hold each time for more than 5 minutes.
Seems this business is s scam, customer service reps are on mobile phones and have very poor reception.
