I placed an order on Dec. 12th for a function I was going to on Dec. 17th. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It is now Jan. 11th and I STILL do not have my order! I have sent several tickets to them asking about my order and telling them I feel they should refund my postage and haven't gotten anywhere and still don't have my order. I will NOT order from them again and have already warned my friends to not order from them and why. Very disappointed in this company. Bad business practices.
