A message came up advising to call Microsoft Customer Support. The phone number given, was answered very professionally stating you have reached Microsoft Customer Support. They then advise you through a series of steps gaining access to your computer and change critical log ins. Granted, I was stupid, but asked numerous times and was assured they were Microsoft Support.
