I was checking out the Coach website and a page of sale offers showed up. Very official with Coach logo, etc. I placed an order believing it was indeed Coach and received a confirmation with a women's name and
"nice [email protected]" across the top of the confirmation. I was suspicious and phoned my credit card company to block payment. Which they did. As I hung up and went to review my confirmation - it had disappeared from my computer. I don't know how they did that!! I was smart enough to make a copy immediately upon receipt, but no name with the company name. And the website they suggest to use for questions and complaints doesn't exist.
