on 3 occasions starting with black friday . I had been approved to buy 6 items which will be for Christmas. the people at the store said, You can only buy Sears items. Well on the items I had selected were on Sears. com. I said "If you offered on Sears web site you must be able to take the order. the female manager at the store gave me and my son the finger and told us to leave.the Why Not Lease It people on the phone told them to do it. They never did! this has happen three times. Are all the products available for me to buy or not!
