Like many others, I received a shipment of face cream, and something else that I never ordered. I also received an email from the company confirming my monthly subscription. I believe this was done through a webpage with malicious script embedded in the page that retrieved my stored credit card info and used it to fill out their order form. I was lucky in that Citibank credited my account back the money, although in my case it was a small amount. Others here have been taken for much more. Another poster was able to get a phone number for the company, which I'll post: 844-877-9575
I called the company and was able to get them to remove my account as well. Good Luck.
