one of the person from this company called on my cell phone and said " I am Mike from microsoft (they weren't) and we noticed some suspicious activites in your Pc and we need to take the remote of it". I got scared and give them the remote session. They started showing me some errors and problems, and demanded $150 to fix and so I paid. After they were done, I felt no change in my PC. And so I searched about number on internet and I found the belonged to some PC live expert and they were not connected to Microsoft any way. Apparently they have scammed me for $150. And now my money is gone. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY INCOMING CALL FROM MICROSOFT. Microsoft never call us, they are the scammers who call us. Its a scam running all round the Unites States. I have made all enquiries about it. Its all scam.
