Had money taken from account, looks like I athorised regular payment, now have try to find details to cancel but I have no information. Received cream in January for £3.95 now takes £93.00 I have no email or anything to confirm this regular payment, how do I cancel with only this Cyprus address.

I have rang the company and complained and cancelled I should have rang with in the free month trail to cancel, they are sending me another pot of cream! Still not happy but learnt a lesson
