Sales rep came on line and promised to repair all the problems with my computer. Fee was $200.00 which I paid with guarantees of results. After the prescribed 3 hour wait while the Rep said they were cleaning my machine, I was told to try it again. Machine was worse than before (locking totally, E-Mail and personal stuff lost, etc. ) They changed my E-Mail account but it was very narrow in it's results and offerings.
No response from the "callers". Had my credit card put a hold on the payment to await what the My Fast Pc company would do. At this time I've heard nothing.
My Transaction ID is #TRX-000047320. Supposedly their repair results are guaranteed.
