A pop up showed up on the RBC bank page asking for me to fill out a customer service survey. Once I finished I was notified that I was to receive a FREE customer appreciation product and was given 5 products to choose from. Nothing was mentioned about signing up for the product and it was clear it was supposed to be free. I never received the product and was able to track to see that it was delivered to an address that is not mine. I was charged 369.93 and when I called the company I was notified that the product was delivered and that I would not get my money back...I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I would not be given their name. I have since contacted VISA only to find out that this company is known to them. I know better then to trust online surveys but admit I was caught off guard because it popped up on a trusted bank page.
